Thorpe Hall Hospice has been providing expert care for 25 years to people from across the region who are aged 16 and over and living with conditions such as cancer, heart failure and lung disease.
We offer a range of support to patients and their families including inpatient care in our 20 bed hospice, a day service for those with long-term conditions and support in the community through our befriending, hospice at home and bereavement services.
Our expert care team incudes doctors, nurses, care assistants, physiotherapists, occupational and complementary therapists, chaplains, bereavement support workers and befrienders.
Whether we are supporting people in the hospice or in their own homes our focus is on quality of life – giving every patient the care and support they need to spend the time they have left in the way they choose. That personalised care can include looking after the physical, psychological and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
