24 hour support and coordination of palliative care across Berkshire West
PallCall aims to simplify things for people who access care from more than one different local organisation In Berkshire West. It provides a single point of contact through our expert co-ordination centre, and support via a 24-hour telephone service for people in the last twelve months of life, their families and carers. It also provides support for health and social care professionals.
The PallCall co-ordination service is commissioned by the NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups in Berkshire West and provided by Sue Ryder, in partnership with local organisations from the health and social care sector and the voluntary sector.
Anyone who is receiving palliative care in Berkshire West, or anyone who is supporting a person receiving that care is entitled to access PallCall. If you would like more information on how to access PallCall, speak to your GP
