We offer free parking at the hospice. Disabled parking is available alongside the day hospice building and within the courtyard area of the inpatient unit and there is wheelchair access via a ramp to the right of the front entrance of our main building. Families and friends, including children, are welcome to visit at any time. We welcome well-behaved pets, and value them as part of the family.

Please sign in at the reception desk and sign out when leaving. We’ll give you a visitors’ badge and would appreciate you wearing it at all times. When our receptionist is not on duty the front door is locked, so please ring the intercom bell on arrival and a nurse will let you in.

We are proud of our higher than hospital standards in terms of hygiene and we would kindly request you use the alcohol foam or gel at reception on arrival and departure to reduce the risk of infection. Alcohol foam or gel will also be available at various points in the inpatient unit.

There are tea and coffee facilities for visitors in the lounge area. There are no restaurant facilities available for visitors but you can pre-order food from the menu and pay at reception. There is also a microwave in the lounge where you are welcome to heat up your own food.

Visitors are welcome 24 hours a day and should a family member wish to stay overnight they can discuss this with nursing staff.
