Sue Ryder - Thorpe Hall hospice provides a specialist palliative care service; improving the quality of life for those living with, or affected by, a serious illness.
We need your help to raise £6 million for a purpose built hospice in the grounds of Thorpe Hall. Our aim is for Thorpe Hall to become a centre for excellence in palliative care, providing care as individual as the patients who use it.
We've got permission to build a state of the art hospice and centre of excellence for palliative care in the grounds of Grade 1 listed Thorpe Hall. Now we need your help to make it happen. Can you help us reach £6 million?
Our care includes medical care; nursing care; inpatient care and physiotherapy.
We offer one-to-one, couple and family support, as well as spiritual support.
Our neurological service is open Monday to Friday, from 10am-3pm, for those within the local community.
Our occupational and complementary therapies help promote independence, self-care, and relaxation.
We provide specialist palliative and end of life care training to anyone involved in the care of a patient with advanced disease.
