Welcome to the Sue Ryder Yorkshire Women of Achievement Awards
The 2013 event will be held on Friday 7 June in New Dock Hall in the Royal Armouries in Leeds between 11.45am and 4.30pm
We will be recognising and celebrating the achievements of some of Yorkshire’s amazing women, while raising vital funds for Sue Ryder.
Here at Sue Ryder, we care for people with incurable illnesses. Whether it be for 30 years, or the last 30 days of a person's life, our care makes a huge difference both to the person directly and to their loved ones.
In Yorkshire, this care is delivered through Wheatfields Hospice in Leeds, Manorlands Hospice in Bradford, Holme Hall near York and our Community Care service in Doncaster – with a total running cost of over £9 million.
