Our care services

Our focus is on making sure the people in our care live their lives as fully as possible. That means ensuring they feel in control of choices and involved in all the decisions that affect their life and their care. We work closely with families, providing respite services to give them a much-needed break and helping everyone whose life we touch to feel safe and in control.

Meet the team

  • David Millican

    Head of Support Services

I joined Sue Ryder in October 2013 and manage all of the non-clinical functions including administration, finance, catering, laundry, housekeeping and maintenance. Prior to this post I had extensive experience in property, estates and facilities management. I enjoy being part of a team which provides not only excellent service but also a home for our residents.

  • John Huntley

    Neurological Centre Director

I commenced my role as Neurological Centre Director with Sue Ryder in November 2014. My role is to manage and develop our neurological service offering, ensuring that we meet the needs of our residents, and those who commission our services. What immediately struck me when I joined the Holme Hall team was the pride and passion shown by our staff whilst delivering incredible care to our residents. Healthcare is challenging and demanding environment, but it is also extremely rewarding, and it’s great to be part of an incredible team!

  • Tracy Fitzgerald

    Head of Care

In 2011 whilst working as a relief nurse something amazing happened, my long term relationship with Holme Hall began. I was lured into Sue Ryder by an overwhelming feeling that almost anything was possible; this was and still is the case today. It is my role to manage and develop new care services in response to the demand of our residents. It is also part of my role to support our staff to be the best that they can so that together we all reach our potential.
